CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!! Before you commit please call around for quotes. I promise shopping around couldn't hurt. I called to have my motor mounts replaced. The price of the parts were less than $200. I was quoted a price of $3200 to repair my vehicle. I called several different places and found a place that charged $400 to fix the vehicle same day. Before you take your vehicle here for service you get a quote from at least one other place because it could save you hundreds or thousands of dollars.

Mike and the team at Meineke were great! Had an exhaust issue that was going to be over $2300, but they presented a suitable solution for half that. Greatly appreciate them exploring solutions and their quick turnaround! Strongly recommend!

My experience with the service and work that I received was an awesome!!! 1. Customer service was really great and attentive. 2.They insured I understood what is wrong with my vehicle and the process needed to repair that problem. 3. Work was done in the appropriate time based on the issue of the problem. I was pleased with how quick the repair were completed. This is my second time having work done at the Mineke location on Memorial Pkwy and I would definitely recommend them.
