Matt and Cole were great to work with! Very patient with our three active kids and stayed late to get the paperwork done so we could get out the door and back home (an hour away). We’re very happy with our new (to us) Sienna. Highly recommend!

Used to be around $75 -$80 for oil change and tire rotation, only 3 months ago. Today it was $110. They didn't even make sure the tires had proper air pressure. I stopped at a gas station to adjust all 4 tires. They used to do a free wash - that was discontinued. They also discontinued (or forgot) topping off wiper fluid. The answer given to me was that they implemented a new pricing structure. They must also be implementing a no courtesy services structure as well, which is fine. But I am now implementing a vehicle service structure, and it no longer includes Russ Darrow Toyota - West Bend. Sincerely, another disappointed customer. Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I went in for an oil chang and tire rotation and it was discovered when they looked at my mileage that I also needed other maintenance work. It required 2 hours to complete. They fit that service in on this appointment. Wow! I drive a distance to get to Russ Darrow so this saved me time and money. I like this location so much that I drive a longer distance instead of using a closer dealership. My car was finished before promised time, staff knowledgeable and courteous.
