I was so impressed with Anastasia. She was so helpful and courteous. She was a breath of fresh air she went out of her way to figure out why my Ford Seatbelt was sticking. I came in for a recall and got in within a week. I could have got in sooner it was my scheduling choice. Thanks for a great experience. Dirtbag profiteers marking up vehicles $30,000 plus. Won't be buying here. Not against the law to do it. It does reveal lack of ethics and professional character in that getting full MSRP isn't enough for them.
