Tires Plus

Normally I do not leave reviews for businesses but this time I have to. I went into this store to get my tire patched. I have had a tire patched here in the past with no problems. I waited and they proceeded to tell me I needed FOUR new tires. When I asked if they would just patch the spot, I was told no because “it’s not safe.” I have had this car and these tires for barely 2 years. So they proceeded to give me this spreadsheet about how much I had to pay for tires. Then I was told that I should just buy them because “they have payment plans” which I found to be incredibly insulting. When I said I would have to reach out to my husband, they were no longer interested in helping me. My husband told me to leave and take my car elsewhere. Which is exactly what I did. I was told at the next shop that my tires were NOT unsafe and they patched the spot with 0 issues. At tires plus I felt unheard and extremely taken advantage of because I was a young woman and I was alone. I would caution all

I stopped for air in my granddaughters stroller tires. Alex was very kind and helpful. I’m not from the area but will recommend this location to family that lives in Waukesha. Thank you again Alex, our trip to Old World WI was fun and the stroller rolled easily!!

I decided to leave a review for this location because I communicated with 3 different people during my repair and every single one of them showed himself as a great professional. Jose was so kind and polite, Pablo went out of his way to help me and Alex had the best attitude and gave me great tips. I think these young men deserve some recognition.
