Greg and the team were outstanding with communication and were very professional with their service. My car had a part backordered but I was able to use the car while waiting for the part. They provided twice weekly updates on the progress of the repair. Highly recommend Service: Body & Trim
The communication was top notch and time estimates were precise. Cassie and Angie accomodated my busy schedule, and the process could not have been easier. Repairs made my truck look new, and blended in with my 2007 frame well. Pricing was always accurate, and I never felt pressured to have additonal work done. All of the personnel at the Waukesha shop were very caring and listened to all my concerns. They assisted with questions about the rental as well.
