Performed 2 alignments upon dropoff from mechanic. Did not warrant the second alignment despite the very short time frame between. The reports made absolutely no sense and were inconsistent with each other and sent me on a wild goose chase of replacing parts that didnt need replacement.

I was driving through Waukesha after the snow hit Milwaukee area this past weekend. I was having issues with the car shaking upon acceleration. Called multiple places that said a 2 hour wait, called Tuffy and got in right away! They were able to fix my problem very quickly (turns out snow was just packed into my tires), and they even allowed my dog to wait in their lobby with me on the cold day. To top it all off, they gave me advice on my tires and suspension. If I lived in the area, I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.
