I was driving through Waukesha after the snow hit Milwaukee area this past weekend. I was having issues with the car shaking upon acceleration. Called multiple places that said a 2 hour wait, called Tuffy and got in right away! They were able to fix my problem very quickly (turns out snow was just packed into my tires), and they even allowed my dog to wait in their lobby with me on the cold day. To top it all off, they gave me advice on my tires and suspension. If I lived in the area, I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them. They told me they replaced the fuel pump, but the car broke down after a day and I looked at it and it was an old nasty pump, so I actually replaced the fuel pump and its been working smoother than ever before, and they said they replaced the fuel filter but it was just replaced a month before, they charged me $800 total, which is insane, a complete rip off for that compared to other mechanics in the area. They broke my locked gas cap off instead of calling me for the key, it was only there for a day!, and replaced it with a finicky one without a tether cord AND CHARGED ME for the new gas cap. And brought in a coupon for a free air conditioner check and all they did was ask in an email for me to agree to pay for a leak detection job, which is a going set rate, which means there is no free estimate, they didn't want to do anything for "free" like their advertisement "coupon" said
