My beautiful vehicle was hit by an elderly lady in a parking lot and car had less than 19K miles on it, Tim and his team not only did a fantastic job repairing but they quickly let me know the car had precious repair/damaged done. I was floored and immediately sent photos to dealer (was a new car purchase) also had the dealer speak with Tim, agreement was made to straighten everything out and will be good as new, and to Tim’s credit I received a $400.00 credit from the dealer for the situation. My bumper looks better than new and I couldn’t be more satisfied. If you need any work no matter the size of the job with respect to body work, paint anything I highly recommend Petersen for it all.
