Griffin Collison Repair Center recently repaired my 2015 Fusion. Tom went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. He kept communication with me about my car, he listened to me vent my frustrations about the other drivers insurance company, and never did he complain! They cleaned my car inside and out, too! They dusted, cleaned, and vacuumed the entire interior! They went above and beyond and I cannot express my appreciation enough. I've purchased all my vehicles from Griffin Ford, and there is consistent great customer service with the dealership and the collision center. I will never take my vehicle anywhere but Griffin and I will keep purchasing my vehicles through them as well.

Keith and Thomas at Griffin Collision Repair are awesome! I was in a car accident and the day of the accident was able to get a quote regarding the door damages. Thomas worked closely with my insurance company so I did not see a bill or have a worry about the transition of funds between insurance and Griffin. Car in for a broken headlight for SIX WEEKS! Horrible communication, I called twice daily and left messages, but calls never returned. When I finally got the car back, it was VERY dirty, inside and out. They also forgot to put a part on the hood until I asked about it when I picked up the car.
