One Stop Servicecenter & Lubes

I locked my keys in my car and this was the only tow company to help. I was told the guy would be there in 20 minutes, I waited outside in the cold by my car for an hour. The guy was very unprofessional with me, and after retrieving my keys, the seal on my window frame is completely out of place. I called the company to explain what had happened, and I was told I didn’t know what I was talking about and that it wasn’t possible. The man on the phone was very rude and unprofessional with me. Overall horrible experience with this company.

Service was ok met me to pick up car within 30mins.... car wouldent start needed a tow they said I could ONLY use there towing service to get car home... very expensive compared to noltes or other oshkosh towing service wouldent recommend. Tow plus storage for 1 day 420$!! From oshkosh to oshkosh

My car became immobile just past Fond du Lac, going north on 41. We called 1 Stop Service Center in Oshkosh and they sent Dillon. He was very nice, easy to talk to and professional. I am from Milwaukee and would have preferred to tow it back to my dealership but Dillon gave different options as well as the pricing up front and that really helped me through this first time experience.
