Car shopping, and everything involved with the process, stresses me out. Thankfully, I had Brian Lehmann as my sales advisor. He helped make everything so incredibly easy and enjoyable. We will be heading back to Bergstrom to work with Brian in the near future to purchase a second vehicle. I highly recommend Bergstrom Toyota of Oshkosh, and I would definitely ask for Brian! I worked with Sean on my New RAV4 he treated me very well and well informed with updates and details about my vehicle. Even when my wife and I went in to pick my RAV4 up Sean was very excited to show me how nice it was and made sure no questions weren’t answered. Thanks again Sean!
I have had nothing but GREAT experiences with Bergstrom Toyota, especially working with Mike Bond in sales! I have gotten 2 vehicles from here before working on my 3rd and worked with Mike both times. Mike and the finance team were not able to find a bank that was fees-able for me which is my fault. Even after not being approved through their banks, Mike didn’t give up on me and think this was a waste of his time. He kept open communication after I left that day, explained things to me in great detail so I knew all my options and overall there was NO PRESSURE! 10/10
