National, Complete, Automotive.

Unfortunately I got a deer! I telephoned National Complete Auto and they said come in any time for an estimate so I bee-lined over there. Didn't have to wait and he was quick and informative. There are several bays and all were being used that's a sign of a good mechanic. My only regret is that they are backed up until August!

Came by to get my emissions tested. David was awesome and got me in and out fast! The service was great so I decided to give them a chance with my major repairs I had been putting off. Best choice I've made this year! I needed some major repairs done. They asked to keep the car and got back to me quickly with an accurate quote. The work was completed in the time specified and I was more than satisfied overall. There were a few issues that came up after the repair and Adrian went above and beyond to help make the situation right. My large repair was for the clutch and cylinders. They did a great job put a lot of effort into restoring the car to it's original condition. They noticed a hole in the tire as I was leaving and had it fixed for me in 15 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Was told they were not doing emissions testing the day I went there (yes, during their posted testing hours) because it was raining. And..? Advertising something and then refusing to do it is inexcusable customer service.
