Moorland Auto Repair

I would highly recommend Moorland Auto for all your auto repairs! I started coming here years ago because of the convenient location & the fact that they offer a free loaner car while they fix yours. I’ve stayed because the service is outstanding! They are knowledgeable, flexible & honest. What more could you want in an auto repair place?!

Made an appointment told them I needed a loaner and they said they would get me one. My appointment wasn't until 5 days later. When I came in they hadn't written it down that I need a loaner and then said they had no loaners available. Instead of apologizing for their mistake they make a lame excuse that they took the loaners longer than expected. Horrible costumer service I had no choice but to cancel the appointment. I am not going to reschedule there I will take my business elsewhere.

I came in after getting my new tires mounted at a different shop. I was on my way out of town and noticed a vibration. I stopped in and they were the only shop to get me in right away. Excellent service, amazing work. They were able to tell my tires were out of balance (badly) and correct the problem at a more than fair price.
