Got my car in FAST both times. Called after diagnostic and before they proceeded to do any type of work. I'm from NC so convenience was key, they're also right next to panera so I could grab lunch/dinner while waiting. Great customer service through and through.
Bad reviews are rare for me, but this shop certainly deserves it. For Tire Rack customers, the parent company of this franchise and Tire Rack have a pricing agreement for mounting and balancing of tires among other specific services. After heavy push back, the Store Manager finally agreed Tire Rack pricing exists and my quote suddenly dropped from $220 to $88. But it didnt stop there. This shop treats Tire Rack customers as 2nd rate and put their lowest tier part time workers on these jobs. Next appointment is in 12 weeks. Yes, 12 weeks. Service: Tires
Got my wheels alignment done here. I am a very curious person about how things work and was watching them work on it. The employee Angel let me watch and explain what he was doing. Great experience.
