Today I encountered a horrible experience at State Auto body, Inc. 5000 W. State Street Milwaukee, WI 53208. I took our company vehicle to receive an estimate for auto bodywork. My co-worker and I witnessed 3 employees standing talking to each other, never acknowledging us as we were standing 5 feet away from them. I figured they would greet us after their conversation was over. That never happened… One guy made a phone call (and remained on the phone the entire time), the lady to which we spoke with over the phone (5 minutes prior to arrival) walked away, and the other employee turned his back and starred at the wall for 10 minutes as we stood without anyone looking at us; asking if we need something, saying hi, or asking how they can help. The lady returned only to have another conversation with the guy who kept his back turned to us. They talked for another 5 or 6 minutes while we stood 5 feet away from them looking directly at them.
