Great service! Kept me up to speed on the progress. I think the longest wait was getting the parts from the dealer. But completed the job pretty quickly after the parts were received. Identified the issue quickly.

I trusted Greitens at first, but not anymore. Because I’m female and don’t know much about cars, I’m careful to quadruple check auto quotes and diagnoses with multiple people and other businesses to prevent being taken advantage of. There’s been numerous times where Greitens prices were significantly more expensive than every other place I called. I understand that Greitens wants to pay their employees well and I’m very open to paying more, but feel disrespected to get quotes that high. And there is very little room for negotiation. Sorry, but I work really hard for my money as well. Additionally, they’ve diagnosed things as urgent and needing replacement that other places said weren’t urgent…and time passed and the other place was right. Additionally had my tires rotated and the tires weren’t re-inflated properly. I’ve repeated multiple things I was told by the desk guy to my uncle who said he’s never been told that in his life by a mechanic. Otherwise the few repairs that have been d
