I came in to get an estimate on new brakes and tires because of the good reviews. The lady at the front desk was very nice but it was only until my car was almost on the rack did she tell me there was an almost $60 charge for this estimate. I understand time is money but when countless other places give free estimates it was a shock to my wallet. I ended up going to a competitor who gave me a free estimate and much better price point.
They are the most honest mechanic I've been to in a long time. JERRY'S on Hwy F quoted $1,200 on repair of an item that was showing "wear" while missing a loose tie rod. Spent $215 and am driving safer.
