I highly recommend Silver Lake Auto! I had a road trip and took my car in to make sure everything was in great working order. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and nice the office was. I was greeted warmly by Tyler who was very professional and kind during our interactions. Their shuttle driver, Doug, was also very engaging and professional during my trip to and from the shop. I never had such a positive experience with automotive place - especially as a woman. They explained everything in depth, without being condescending, as most places have been to me in the past. While I have passed by Silver Lake Auto for several years now, I only recently utilized their services. They offered a free inspection of my vehicle, confirmed the repairs needed were valid (dealership inspected first), and were able to complete the needed repairs in a timely manner. Great experience. Hoped to have a nail removed and plugged but it was in a bad spot to plug. They inspected lights, brake fluid, tires, battery etc and topped off my brake fluid. They went above and beyond. Tires are needing to be replaced anyways(down to the wear bars!) and they shot me an estimate on new tires. I will return. Great customer service .
