The best auto body shop I’ve ever been to… my Jeep broke down a few months back and not only did they get me right in, they gave me a free loaner, washed my car and fixed everything in a top-notch manner (they even clean the engine). Since they did such a great job with my Jeep, I took my son’s VW there since it was leaking oil. They identified the problem quickly and fixed it for cheap. Every time I’ve gone to an auto body shop, they figure out a way to gouge me for over $1000. Silver Lake did the job for a fraction of what I expected and then charged me LESS than they quoted! You’ve found your new go-to mechanic.

I had my vehicle towed here after my check engine light popped on suddenly. The communication was outstanding throughout the process and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They got it done quickly on pretty short notice. I was also impressed with the email of the inspection report. There are pictures and notations for each area they go over. I highly recommend Silver Lake Auto! I had a road trip and took my car in to make sure everything was in great working order. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and nice the office was. I was greeted warmly by Tyler who was very professional and kind during our interactions. Their shuttle driver, Doug, was also very engaging and professional during my trip to and from the shop. I never had such a positive experience with automotive place - especially as a woman. They explained everything in depth, without being condescending, as most places have been to me in the past.
