Pallo's Automotive Repair, L.L.C.

I could not unscrew my rear license plate bolts without stripping them, and after several days of strong attempts, I decided to reach out to local auto shops for help. Pallo's was the only one to tell me I could come by right then and he would look at it, and sure enough he was able to get the bolts off in under a minute. Raul was not only very helpful but also personable and nice to talk with. What a wonderful experience for something that had been such a pain! I will definitely return to Pallo's Auto Repair again.

Great service. Great price. Great man. Zero pressure. Very informative. Honest about what he could try and that it might not work and what he would do if it didn't work. Didnt try to push extra services even stayed late and did a couple things my car needed free of charge. Pretty amazing considereding my bill was less than $60. He clearly keeps his business going with word of mouth and return customers. He does not advertise. No more dealership for me. No more trying to decifer bad and good Google reviews looking for a honest mechanic. Glad I tried him out instead of going to the dealership. Just happened to find him on Google maps because he is near my work. Great experience.

Great mechanic, Raul knows exactly what he's doing. Doesn't try to "find other things wrong." He is a very professional and courteous person. Had our car up and running within a day. Raul is very personable,always asks about how the family is doing and seems so sincere. Definitely would recommend anyone who is looking for a straightforward mechanic and not looking for someone to empty your pockets, Pallo's the one your looking for.
