I have been coming here for over 3 years and always had excellent service on my Kia. Anytime I've brought it in, ranging from oil change to replacing brakes and various other problems, it has been consistently resolved with no issues afterward. The vehicle condition report that is sent after an inspection is great and easy to use that provides service recommendations with pictures of the associated parts. Everyone there is very polite, professional, accommodating, and understanding. I would definitely recommend Car Smart Auto Service to anyone.

Don’t walk - RUN - to a different garage. I’ve been getting my cars serviced around the country for 24 years now, and have never felt this gouged - that’s saying something in the car repair industry. As someone who has freelanced, I completely understand paying people for their time and expertise; I don’t expect things for free. However, $370 to simply attempt to diagnose a small issue (my minivan stalled - once - while in reverse) is absurd, and downright offensive when a customer is not alerted ahead of time. Now imagine they are unable to find an issue and you are swiping your card for that amount to pick up literally the same car you dropped off hours before. Again, I’m fine paying for someone’s time, but beyond attempts to recreate the problem, I was paying for zero work done and nothing learned. An appointment was available at Firestone for the same day and they were kind enough to let me know about their $99 diagnostic fee ahead of time. I decided to try the local option instead

I bought my jeep recently and brought it in to car smart to get the steering and transmission looked at as well as a pinion seal. They found answers I was looking for with the trans, fixed the steering, and the rear pinion seal. And while it was a little more expensive than I anticipated, their work is solid and I'm very happy. My 96 jeep GC drives great now. Thanks guys
