Where do I start! Kassel Motorsports exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service! I had the pleasure of working with Dilan & Paul my entire service. I called the unknown repair shop as I learned of them by google search and from the first interaction with Dilan I was pleased. Very very professional and knowledgeable regarding foreign cars and parts. Little did I know Dilan was new with Kassel when I made my first contact and he guided me through my entire service with ease which brought me comfort. I then worked with Paul as he quickly found the parts I needed provided the cost and again the comfort of knowing I was not working with folks who provide poor service and high cost. Both of the gentlemen were absolutely amazing as they walked me through the process and possibilities. What touched me most is they were willing to come into work on a Saturday which is a day they are closed to accommodate getting me a loaner car from them while my care was being serviced. I am su
