Very helpfull with questions fixed my ac blows cold now

I truly appreciate the effort that the staff put in to make sure that my vehicle runs properly. They have always been transparent and made sure to contact me prior to repairing the identified damage/error. I definitely appreciate them putting in some over time at one point when I mentioned that I needed the vehicle to be fixed on the same day. I give the staff major kudos because there’s only two of them working and they made sure that they can accommodate all of their customers and provide them with good quality service!

Now taking both of my old trucks here. Can’t be too many shops like this left. Decades of experience, professionally run, timely, and friendly. Jerry Dodd and his son are a golden find in the PNW.
