Horrible new owner ,new owner is not a mechanic have a 350 engine ,wanted tune up and oil change I waited 6 hrs to get a price ,and asked me how many qts does a 350 take ???? he said he can't give an estimate untill they start working on it , complete idiots ty and his wife (past owners ) we're good people ,new owners look out ,beware ,your get ripped off Service: General repairs & maintenance

Fast service and reasonable price to fix my Toyota Prius.

We brought in a a4 audi for an oil leak and we were told by the Owner who is female that we need 2 different types of oil gaskets. I proceeded to make another appointment and ask for my keys back and she refused to give me my keys back because in her opinion my car wasn't safe to drive and as i appreciate her opinion you cant NOT give me back my keys and we went back and fourth for about 25 mins because she would NOT give me back the keys to MY CAR and when we brought both the parts in in to get it fixed they told us oh we only needed one and charged us $350 for it . a week or so later we noticed our car is still leaking oil from the same area and making a weird noise . We brought it in to our normal mechanic and we were told that they did not change the part and they even put the wrong air intake on our car , they put some random audi intake back in our car . I tired to talk to her about what was all done and all she could say was 'no your wrong im not sure why you would say that " .
