Muffler Shoppe

Used this place for my exhaust (obviously ????????‍♀️). So far so good, and decent human inhabitants. ☠️????????☺️????

Communication with front desk was good/ok. Communication with the shop is was basically non existent. Work is ok and quick, about the only reason is has above 1 star.

on 01/27/2023 at 11:49am I called in to make sure they did muffler deletes. I already knew but wanted to make sure before I made the drive. The woman that answered the phone sounded rude. I asked the question they then said yea…. I asked if I could get a quote around how much it would cost? …. They then asked for what carrr longated word as if she was confused … then asked how many mufflers with a disdainful tone. I then proceeded to say “you don’t have a good costumer service voice you sound rude “ “I’m not coming there to get work done” I didn’t feel welcomed as I did with the person I talked to from a different shop directly before I called this shop or the person that did my SRT Jeep and challenger. I’m not getting my charger done and I’m not recommending anyone come here. I’m in the customer service industry and that’s not how you answer a phone it’s a business not a personal phone. Sold millions in product and I have never answered or responded to questions in that manner. Terri
