Dean, misdiagnosed the problem in my truck. He Replaced all front calipers and rotors, but the right caliper was still locking after replacement. Instead of trying to solve the problem on why the caliper still locks, He then refers me to dealership, because He just wants me out of his shop. He does not care if my truck would even make it to the dealership, Charged me 800usd and sayonara “you’re on your own, I just want to go home”. This is why I don’t trust mechanics anymore, they just don’t care. Especially this DEAN, plays christian music in the shop but what He did to me wasn’t so Christian at all. Karma will get you one day, you’ll see.

A1 Auto Repair Service has really professional employees and offered a really good value for the tires I got on my car. I will definitely come back with any work I have.

I’ve had A1 Auto work on my Toyota Prius for the past 9 years (since they were in Burien) and absolutely love them! They always give the very best price (yes I’ve shopped around, they are the lowest) and all the mechanics do quality work. You can tell all the workers are well taken care of because they are always eager to help and there doesn’t seem to be a high turnover. Highly recommend!
