This is by far the best auto shop in the city! Doug takes so much pride and ownership in his work. We got our car serviced and I had to bring it back for something else but my husband hurt himself and is on crutches.. Doug fit us in right away and resolved the issue! This is my go-to shop for any auto servicing needs! Him and his son are so polite and great at what they do. Highly recommend coming here! Doug is truly the best in business.

The guys are TruLine are top notch; I won’t take my car anywhere else in Seattle for brakes or suspension. My car is twenty years old and has a multitude of things that are slowly breaking. The guys at TruLine are great at identifying what the problem is and then are helpful - and honest - about what absolutely must be fixed (eg brakes), what can wait, and what other information I should consider depending on how long I’m planning to keep the car.
