They also took care of communications with Geico and were transparent with me on what they were doing. A rogue shopping cart smashed into my Honda Fit’s drivers side door and it would only open halfway. H&I evaluated my options and gave me two quotes: one to replace the panel and paint, etc; that was for $1100. The second was to push the dent out and deal with the fact that it wouldn’t “look perfect”; cost, +/- $200. I didn’t want to involve my insurance and given the reality of driving in the city and that it’s all too common to get scratched and dinged, I chose the $200.00 option. My car was repaired in less than three hours. When I picked it up I could barely see a slight dent. Small scratches had been buffed away and the car looked like it had been washed. Door opens perfectly. Final bill, $158.00. Highly recommend this business! Service: Body & Trim

I went here after an accident as suggested by my mechanic (Lioe’s in Beacon Hill). H&I worked directly with my insurance (GEICO) and handled all that for me. The damage was mostly exterior (heavily dented door, wouldn’t even open, etc.). They did an excellent job repairing everything, matching colors, and being communicative. Definitely recommend them!
