The people are visibly racist and unwelcome for people of color!!! On top of that they never do the work/repair you ask them to do and yet they charge you for that. 1. Took my car for driver and passenger window motor repair, I was charged yet the problem was never fixed. 2. Left my car for ALL wheel alignment with their advisor called Sundie W. I got a call just after less than 15 mins and telling me that it’s done. Can all wheel alignment be done in 15 mins?? My car still drifting the same way. 3. Took my car for oil change and tire rotation, I marked the tires before I took it there, I was charged for tire rotation yet the tires were not rotated. 4. Oil change supposedly done only for the lights to come up after a week and a couple hundred miles… That all is nothing but being sub-humans. I feel bad for them for being such cheap and disgusting people!!!!!
Friendly stuff. Got my truck serviced there and they did also help me answering some questions about maintenance so I could save a trip next time!
I deeply regret to inform potential clients about the appalling service I encountered at this dealership. From the outset, the experience was marked by gross incompetence and discourtesy, spearheaded by the Service Manager, Randy Write, whose crass and inconsiderate behavior left a bitter taste in my mouth. My primary concern was with their inexcusable reluctance to address a critical safety recall. Despite the potential implications on the welfare of their customers, the dealership failed to demonstrate a modicum of responsibility. The mechanic insinuated that the issue would be addressed only once it had already caused a failure, an approach that is not only shortsighted but fundamentally dangerous. Equally disconcerting was the blatant lack of communication within their ranks. Despite providing meticulous details during my appointment booking, I was met with cluelessness by the mechanic.
