Jiffy Lube

I went in to get my oil change, transmission oil change and filter change. Great service and excellent staff! D‘Andre E was very friendly! After they checked my car, he told me I didn’t need my filter change. Honest workers at this location and will be coming back for my future car needs. Best customer service ever!! My car started making some very loud very weird sounds around 5:45pm last night, so I called this Jiffy Lube right before they closed and they were able to get me in first thing this morning! I worked from the lobby for about half an hour before one of the mechanics came over with a big smile and showed me the tiny rock that had gotten wedged somewhere in the brakes/wheel. He was so nice and funny and even rotated my tires and checked my brake pads and fluid! The whole service cost me nothing and he said that if my car was ever making this sound again, to just stop by for a rock removal. :-D I was soooo impressed with how fast and courteous they were and I'll only be coming to this Jiffy Lube for my oil changes and mechanical needs from here on out!!!

Took time off work, then wasted 3 hours for them to not fix my problem. Called them and they told me to come back. Took more time off work, wasted another hour and they said I wasn't put on the schedule and no one was available to work on it. Ryan Akie is unprofessional and unfriendly. Told me to come back another day after letting me stand there for 15 minutes. Said I could speak to the manager Chandler if I had a problem. So I wasted multiple hours, spent over $200 to replace a 30 dollar part, they LEFT A TOOL IN MY ENGINE, then wasted more time and told me to come back. Thanks for nothing. Y'all are a bunch of jokes.
