DeGrazia just completed a very difficult repair to my car which was damaged when a reckless driver crashed into a traffic light which came down on top of my car. They did a great job identifying the full extent of what needed to be replaced and putting the car back to where you would never know what happened. A lot of the battle, of course, was dealing with the horrible insurance company who was constantly trying to low ball the repairs or get them to do less than was necessary to restore the car. Their folks were excellent in documenting with photos all of the damage and getting authorization and payment to repair the full extent of the damage so that the insurance company finally gave up battling and agreed to it all.
