I love Dere Auto. I trust Lee so much that I don’t go anywhere else. I moved away from West Seattle but I still come here for all car needs. They are reasonable and honest.

We love Dere Auto! We used to live nearby and always brought our car here for oil changes and general maintenance. From the first visit, we truly felt that the owner was honest, transparent and trustworthy. We recently moved to a new neighborhood and brought our car to a shop that was closer to us. Though it was just for an oil change, they tried to fear-monger us into thinking we needed a ton of unnecessary work done to our car and it was *purportedly* going to cost us over $6K in repairs! I even had to sign a waiver at that place acknowledging that I knew the car wasn't safe to drive (eye roll) in order to get it out of the shop, even though we had been experiencing no issues with the car up to that point. So we took it straight back to Dere to get a second opinion and the owner confirmed that only ONE of the things the other shop had brought up did in fact need to be fixed. Dere fixed it in less than a day and the total repairs cost us 40% less than what the other place was going to

I took my Subaru Outback to Dere Auto for a serpentine belt replacement. They got me in and out in no time at all. The price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Dere Auto.
