I've owned a number of cars over the years most of them Volkswagen's and let me tell you, this place is a hidden gem. Marcus, the service advisor made sure he had all of the information to make diagnosing a transient air conditioning issue easier for the technician. I originally had gone in for brakes after being told by two dealerships they needed to be replaced... But they didn't. These guys are honest, thorough and all of the information they provided during their inspection was perfectly documented including pictures. I haven't seen a shop that operates like this before, but even though I live 100 miles away--they are my shop of choice from now on.
