The service was fast, efficient, convenient and honest. Love that the work they do is covered under my vehicle’s warranty, saving me a trip to the car dealership for service. Definitely will return again.

Not quite as impressed this visit as I have been with other times I have been here with my 4 Runner or my work Tahoe. I was surprised that they suggested that I could go with something other than full synthetic. This raised my antenna a bit. There were moment where the guy in the pit was having to exert force which was moving the whole car. If that was the drain plug I probably have an issue now. It seemed as though the guy in the pit really struggled with getting the skid plate back on. It took like 15 minutes and was worrisome. I didn’t recognize any faces or parked cars I knew from previous visits. That was worrisome as was 1 out of 3 was obviously quite green. The experience of the guy in the pit is unknown but from what I sensed, he might not have been very experienced either. The lead looked like he might not be having the best of days. There were no smiles or friendly coworker banter. Overall, I gave 4 stars based upon faith they did everything right as my previous visits indica
