Safeco Insurance highly recommended Sonic to rectify a horrible bodywork repair done by a local Honda dealer. (See my reviews) Cameron and his office crew went the extra mile. I literally got a call almost daily giving me updates. The job was finished a couple days earlier that the estimate said and the work was impeccable. They even took care of a couple little things that they didn't need to. I can't recommend this company enough! I personally will never use any other body shop other than Sonic.

Showed me how simple the fix was and didn't charge me. They should offer a form on their website. Very nice fellow.

Wanna give a shout out today to Sonic Collision in Burien. We got Beemers car back from the bodyshop yesterday. It’s been 5 months of waiting, insurance delays, parts delays, backlog in the shop but here’s the deal. When no one else would take the car in they did, knowing they would get to it for a while but it was either that or my driveway. From the beginning estimate to the delivery of the vehicle though the relationship with Sonic has been outstanding, from the biweekly updates to the explanations in detail by the owner to the calling me down the when things needed to be discussed, all very professional and friendly. This was a very big repair and if you know me I’m a bodyshop brat myself. My family was in the business for 40 years. I’m understanding but hard to please. The car looks beautiful, paint is of the best I’ve seen and when it was delivered it was detailed and ready to go. Above and beyond? Yes, now not all repairs are the same but when they had the rear end apart, Camero
