Although I ultimately didn't have my repairs done here, I was very pleased by their professionalism from the beginning phone call to the pick up of my car. I so appreciate being called by the service manager and having the necessary repairs told to me and the cost. Having the same trusted mechanic in Seattle for 24 years, it has been difficult to find a mechanic that I can trust in the Tri since moving here in 2018. I will be using McCue's in the future!
Had issues with my car starting and they made time to get it checked right away even with how busy their workload was. My car is now running great and I know I have found my go to mechanic for any problems in the future! Thanks guys!
The whole staff was amazing and super friendly! They had someone ride along in my car with me so that they could hear and experience the issue I was describing, which is something I’ve never had anyone do before and was so helpful.
