I am extremely pleased with the repairs on my Hyundai Tucson. During the last snow storm, I had the great idea to go out for dinner and hit a huge tree that felt on the road going back home. It wasn't a big impact but my car was quite damaged (especially the hood). Worked with my insurance (Geico) and they recommended this location because it was one of the few that could repair the car quickly. To be honest, I wasn't super excited after reading the reviews I had found online about this location but had no choice as all others had about 2-3 weeks delay. Brought my car the next day to this location, quickly the estimator Ari took at look at the damages and checked that the required parts were available from Hyundai. I left my car there and was informed about the status by text messages almost every day. The estimated picked up date (at the time) was about 2 weeks later. About a week later, I received a text that requested me to schedule a pickup the same day. Very pleased with the speed

They really disappointed me before and now it's a new company with different management. Unfortunately I didn't get a good estimate when I went recently and don't think I can change my review, as yet. It's a scheme, they took photos and sent notes to my claim adjuster who works remotely.
