I came to the body shop to repair my Porsche as it's a Porsche certified body shop. But I am disappointed about their communication. Some staff is quite impatient and loud on the phone. Just to clarify, my rating is NOT about their services but their communication as I might choose another Porsche certified body shop in the area. I had my Porsche inspected for repair In mid of April. The estimator took some photos and told me my rear door should be replaced. They told me they would send me the estimation by EoD and they would start the supplement to insurance company soon. But when I called back after 5 days, they told me they did not have my record/photos in the system and won't start the supplement until car in the shop. The one who responded was quite patient and sometimes even very loud on the phone. Until 2 weeks after the inspection, they did not send me any estimation. No one in this shop could explain: 1. the car repair cost matched to the insurance company in total expense precisely to 2 decimal digits but mismatched every category in breakdowns; 2. Selected cost differences in some categories to let us pay out of pocket even though the total expense from all categories adding up had been matched; 3. I asked for the real cost reports (not the ones that were matched to the insurance company in total expense) and explanation, neither were provided other than forcing us to leave. I would not like to write this review here if they could explain, not trying to sidetrack our questions or playing not to understand our questions. Added: We dropped our car on Oct29, and we picked up our car on 27Dec. The preliminary estimate from insurance company is 2617.37 that was negotiated by the body shop to10,406.41. The body shop submitted the cost report (10406.41) to the insurance company but then charged us 1,032.12 out of pocket. Therefore the total expense was
