I scheduled an appointment a month and advance for my car which was damaged to get an estimate for repair. I called them a week before because this is the first time I’ve done that and I left a message saying please call me back about how long it will take and will I need a rental car etc. etc . The answering machine said they would call me back the next day I never got a call so I called again in a couple of days with the same iMessage that I was concerned and I would like some information please call me back they never returned my call very very unprofessional I am very disappointed

WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN A REPAIR SHOP I never use that feedback tool on Google but this time I felt like I had to share my experience with the public, because of the terrible experience I had with Gerber Collision and Glass Redmond, WA. My car was left at the shop for a replacement of a bumper and stayed there for more than 2 months (!!!). In this time, there were so many reasons to the delay that some of them sounded unreal. For example, wrong parts were sent and we have to wait a few more weeks, no ETA. How is this happening? Communication with the front desk was also very bad, as I was asking for status and for calls back and never got one. Every person I talked with said that it sounds like a very bad business and it shouldn't work like that with repair shops in our area. Lastly, even the insurance I worked with said that their communication with the shop was problematic, and it was resulted in a delay of weeks in the reimbursement I had to get for the car rental.
