The handle on the passenger side front door of my 1998 Toyota had broken. Johanna looked, diagnosed, ordered, and got it done all within two days with only leaving my car there for 2 hours. It is unique to see a woman running an auto repair shop so knowledgeably and competently . The handle works perfectly. The office is funky but genuine. I like the vibe and will come back. Johanna is absolutely amazing and will do everything she can to help you. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone honest to take your car too.
I had a run in where I wasted Johanna's time and energy. She was very accommodating and did not play any games. She is an amazing human and deserves so much respect and admiration. They have great turn around time and are very professional.
