If you have a motorcycle Bill is your guy. He is one of the best mechanics in WA period. This is a well reputed shop for Ducati owners but Bill is a master mechanic and knows his craft. The prices are fair and You get excellent customer service. A+ overall
Bill is such a super nice man! I called him yesterday querying a clutch issue and went there 8:30AM today ( pretty cold :) ) , he explained me the free play of the clutch(although I read it before in the climber manuals for my Sizuki 650, but completely missed it) and adjusted within 10 min and finished a test run. This actually save a lots of money for the premature wear if this was not diagnosed earlier. Bill told me he had worked as the mechanic for the past 20 years and just started his own business in Redmond ~3 years ago. Highly recommend Bill for any motorcycle related service, repair or questions.
Owner and proprietor Bill Dahl is "the master" mechanic and has serviced my bikes for 10+ years. I recommend his services without any hesitation.
