I really like Pro Car in Redmond. Have used their services on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma for the last two years. This includes wheel bearing replacements, front brake rebuild, U-joint replacements, carrier bearing replacement, and serpentine belt. Quick turnaround, good service and excellent communication by their staff.
Had the guys work on my car a few times. They definitely prefer phone calls over booking by web. Both times I've had work done they have given accurate and fair price quotes, and service has been expedient.
Dropped off my car for to get the transmission looked at, was given some options and decided to have it worked on at a specialty shop. I appreciated the honesty and quick turn around. I was not charged a random made up diagnostic fee, I would use this shop again. Service: Transmission
