Kayla Bruno was very helpful and patient with me in my 4 day process of buying my new Santa Cruz. She was knowledgeable of the vehicle, and if she didn't know the answer to my question was quick to find someone who did. Also negotiating went well and they were very respectful.

I had a really great experience at this dealership. It was the easiest car buying experience from the time I walked on the lot through the time I drove my car off the lot. The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles, which I was surprised since he hadn’t been there very long as a salesman. They must have a really good onboarding program for new staff members or something. I was probably at this dealership for 2 hours total vs 6-8 hours at any other dealership. Another thing I liked about this dealership, is the price on the window sticker is the price you pay and there’s no negotiation, which was nice. No back-and-forth negotiation games which I’m not a fan of. Who has time and patience for that? I highly recommend this dealership if you want a no games, professional experience!

As 1st time customer of Bud Clary Hyundai, overall I'm VERY PLEASED. Staff was welcoming, SHUTTLE was outstanding, length of time was great. Reason only 4 stars was I had questions about my car and the service writers could not answer my questions. VERY DISAPPOINTING. They should know their products or find the information for the customer.
