Bud Clary Ford Service

The experience was not the best over all due to the main issue of communication, was told car would be ready and it wasn’t and nobody called to inform us about it after we explained we needed it back to pick up our kids . No call no update until the following day which I think is poor service on their part . People need to know and be in contact when it comes to this cause it left my wife with out a car for close to two days with two kids and when told it would be ready following day . And to call and everything just be closed no answer is frustrating more then I can explain Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Very grateful to the service dept for their help today. My car just quit while driving and had to be towed there. I was so anxious about the whole thing, thinking I would need to leave it there for days until they had a chance to look at it, order parts from out of state, etc. It took a couple hours to get it figured out and repaired but I was so relieved that it was done the same day. I was updated throughout the process, and was even given a break on the replacement parts, for which I am thankful. Past service experiences here have been hit or miss, but today’s experience was definitely an improvement. Service: Electrical repair

Took vehicle in for maintenance I specifically called out that I wanted done with 1 month lead time to insure parts availability and room in mechanics schedule. Vehicle was in their possession on two different days for the full work day. Work was NOT done. Work wasn't even attempted. They did acknowledge their mistakes and the staff was very friendly and apologized. TWICE! Still, my repairs aren't done... Service: Auto maintenance
