Firestone Issaquah is dangerous. They rotated my tires and didn’t tighten the lug nuts. My wheel came off while driving. You can see the rotator on the ground and the long groove cut into the road from where my truck skidded to a stop. Be careful with your life and loved ones and do not go here. Dr Marshelle Warren MD
Wonderful service. They took their time to get tires changed and an alignment done right and it has been wonderful. Would definitely recommend.
Would rate lower of I could. We got a surprise flat and needed a new tire, they were the only place open, no customers in the store or parking lot. But was told they were to busy to help us a new tire, or anything, the attitude was I should have planned better on a Saturday morning. When asked if he knew any place close that would be able to help told me good luck Saturdays are full every where.
