Front desk person was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Suggested questionable additional work and full quote is higher than what the dealer quoted. Dealer parts were more but labor seemed less. The full experience here from scheduling to getting an estimate were below expeditions for a place charging top dollar. I won’t be giving my business to this shop now or in the future and I recommend saving yourself the difficulty and go elsewhere.
Robert was so nice about giving me a thoughtful explanation about what was wrong with my car and made me comfortable. He was responsive and seemed trustworthy. I would go back to this place based on customer service alone
