Everett Auto Clinic

My transaction today with Jeff confirmed my belief that auto mechanics should stay in their lane (literally). And not try to also be car dealerships. I found a car for sale on their "lot" from CarFax. Went to see it today (prior to reading their horrendous reviews - I wish I would have saved my time). When I got there I discovered the car was basically false advertised on CarFax as having keyless motor, remote start, and many other things that just didn't exist in the car. First Jeff told me that if I knew anything about that car brand I would know that stuff doesn't exist for them (so I'm an idiot for not knowing these things were listed incorrectly). Then he blamed CarFax and said they just add stuff randomly. I take him for his word and think perhaps he has just been too busy to check his CarFax ad to ensure accuracy and move on to the next topic of the timing chain. I had researched that a common problem with this particular car is the timing chain so I asked him about it.

I was referred to EAC by a co-worker who has been a long term customer. We pulled our car out of another shop after the bid was WAY over priced. My wife was very impressed with Levi and Jeff. Thank you EAC!!

Person I spoke with on the phone to schedule an appointment was incredibly rude! Rushed me on the phone like I was wasting his time and then quickly hung up on me when I found out they were only scheduling weeks out and I needed something sooner. Haven't been here before but I'll definitely be looking else where for better customer service. What a way to represent your business!
