My Toyota Highlander passenger door was not unlocking and locking with my key fab or the automated locks (which is actually really annoying). I took it to Toyota service and they said it would be a minimum of $1,000 to go through and reset all the locks and repair the issue. My Sister who lives in Lake Stevens drives all the way to Edmonds for this repair shop - so I knew they were good. I took it into Bret's and within 4 hours they had the issue identified and fixed (was $200 total). Turns out when we had a window repaired from a break-in a long time ago, the plug inside the door was disconnected and never reconnected, so it was a simple fix (just had to pay for labor to take the door apart and find this issue). I will ONLY take my car here moving forward. SUPER nice front desk staff, reasonably priced and trustworthy. Will recommend to friends and family! I was told the electrical issue with my 2015 Chrysler 300 was not the Altenator but the rear electrical fuse box in the trunk needed to be replaced. I had the car towed to another shop and after they replaced the altenator, it runs just fine. While the car was parked for the tow truck to pick the car up, someone hit the front driverside fender and bumper. If they would have replaced the altenator first like I suggested, maybe the car would not have a dent in the front. Service: Electrical repair
