They were very understanding when I needed to reschedule, and when I came in for a crack repair it was done in less than 30 minutes. I cannot even see where the crack is anymore.

They were able to fix my windshield the next day, and charged much less than the other quotes I got. What was most impressive was the quality of the repair...the ugly starburst became almost invisible. And they told me if the repair didn't hold, the amount I paid would apply to a full replacement. The "after" photo doesn't really show how good the repair is, but the repair is really hard to spot. I am very glad I chose Car Tech for this work. Absolutely wonderful company. I had a window shattered by something unknown and they were able to replace it (and did wonderful work; the replacement window is perfect) and also went above and beyond in getting the insurance company on a three-way call with me and them in order to iron out the payment details and then handled all the paperwork. Getting a window broken is, of course, unfortunate, but they made fixing it absolutely as easy and painless as it could possibly be, and were friendly and professional throughout. I hope I never break another window in another car, but if I do this is absolutely where I'll go. I'd like to single out for praise the lady working the desk who sorted the insurance stuff out, but everyone I dealt with there was wonderful. Service: Auto glass replacement
