Factory Direct Tire Pros

I brought my Truck back there for 6in lift, different size rims & tires,got the fold out steps & the Chase rack all installed there,I went pick when it was finished it looked nice but a week later the lights on the fold out steps quit working and was hanging low on both sides My check engine light came on ,my steering wheel was not straight, I told them about it they said bring it back but now I was skeptic I'm bringing it back to them, so I don't know why all that happened so shortly after picking it up,I had to rewire the fold down steps cause driver's side was stuck down week later passenger side did same thing so I checked the wiring and it honestly liked a little kid did it so I fixed that but most importantly my check engine light is my main concern and now it's gonna cost me to fix that. No recommend to anyone,wiring was sloppy along with customer service*Update this place is well equipped and well knowledgeable on upgrades for your Truck they fixed up on my problems i had awhi

I have no complaints. Service was great, staff was friendly, product seems good- the ride is definitely smoother. The mounting/balancing fee seemed a bit high at $120 for four but not that far off from what I'd estimated. They got me in the same day and were finished in about 45 minutes.

They were very good to me and talked me through my tire options and I bought all 6 of my tires here. When they couldn't completely align my front end due to a part failure in the steering box they referred me to another shop that did an amazing job too! Thank you for all your hard work and patience with my questions.
