I experienced excellent customer service from Shane at Jeff's Auto repair. They came highly recommend from a friend and after my first experience, I can see why. They are timely, honest, and took the time to explain what needed to be done to my car. They have 100% earned my business and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family! I had to have the car towed in....the recommended a great towing co. As I couldn't get into the shop, they called me every step of the way to be sure I agreed with what they were doing and get me approval. They identified the problem, and now my little Mazda is up and running and purring again. They are also, friendly, courteous and good listeners!
