Service King Collision Bellevue Bel-Red (Now Crash Champions)

**Update: The General Manager, Rob, contacted me and listened to my issue. He allowed me to stop by the Service King in Bellevue, WA. They looked at the steering wheel and alignment. It turned out the steering wheel just needed to be straightened. Even though it was not an alignment issue, if it was, Rob said he would have fixed it as a one time courtesy due to the struggles I had. I really appreciate the recovery and my outlook on the store is completely positive*** (Old review - 2 stars) When I got my car back from the service king in Bellevue. The alignment was off. When I dropped my car off there was no issue with my alignment. I had to contact service king’s customer service department 3 times, and it took them awhile to get back to me. Once I explained the situation 3 times (Two contacts to Service King and once with my insurance) they denied fixing the alignment. The people I worked with were great, however I'm going to have to lower my review due to how they handled my repair. My vehicle was declared a total loss due to the price of repairs (car is drivable with only minor body damage on doors). Once they weren't getting that sweet insurance money they provided me zero support and failed to return my calls on two different occasions. I understand that there are certain realities of the business but they even left my car door unassembled. Would not go here again.
